"Feels a bit too expensive for what it offers"
Nimble is fine overall, like it does the job, but I couldn’t really justify the price. For what you’re paying every month, I expected a little more. Some features are handy, sure, but a lot of it felt basic to me. If you’re a smaller team trying to watch costs, it might feel like a stretch. I ended up checking out cheaper tools that do pretty much the same thing.
"It’s not bad overall, but the interface..."
It’s not bad overall, but the interface feels a little too busy at times. I had to poke around for a while just to find some basic things, which made me wonder a bit about how polished the design really is.

"Contact management feels a bit messy"
I don’t know, something about it just feels a little clunky. When I’m trying to find a contact quickly, it takes more effort than it should.
"Email sync has become a real headache"
I’ve been trying to use Gmail with this and it’s been a mess. It barely connects, and when it does, my emails keep disappearing or dropping out of sync. On top of that, the terms seem to keep changing, which just makes the whole thing feel even more frustrating. I just want it to work without having to keep checking what changed or reconnecting everything.
"The mobile app works fine for the..."
The mobile app works fine for the most part, but I expected it to be a little smoother. It occasionally freezes on my phone, which gets annoying when I’m trying to use it quickly. Not terrible, just needs some fixes.
"Canceling ended up being a bigger headache than I expected"
I’ll be honest, the tool itself was fine at first, and I didn’t have any huge complaints while using it. But then canceling turned into this annoying little mess. I was sure I had stopped the subscription, so seeing another charge come through was really frustrating. Support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but it still took a few messages back and forth before everything was actually sorted out. So yeah, not a terrible experience overall, but definitely more stressful than it needed to be

"My first impression of nimble was rough..."
My first impression of nimble was rough, and unfortunately it kind of set the tone. Pages would hang, syncing would randomly break, and every now and then it just wouldn’t load at all. I kept hoping it was a one-off thing, but I’ve lost way too much time refreshing and trying again. It’s been more frustrating than helpful for me.

"Good for follow-ups, but not 100% there"
nimble has been helpful for keeping track of tasks and follow-ups, ngl. I don’t forget stuff as often, which is a win. That said, the reminders can feel a little clunky sometimes, so it’s not perfect. Overall, it mostly does what I need it to do.

"It’s okay overall, but once things start..."
It’s okay overall, but once things start growing, it can get kind of messy to manage. Not a dealbreaker or anything, but definitely something I noticed quickly, maybe it’s just me, but scaling feels trickier than it should.

"Nimble helps me escape the little daily tasks"
I’ve been using Nimble for a few months now, the automation is the main reason I’ve stuck with it. Before, I felt kind of trapped by all the tiny follow-ups, reminders, and contact updates piling up every day.
It’s been really helpful having it remind me when to follow up and pull in contact details without me having to hunt everything down myself. Setting tasks after emails or calls is straightforward too, which keeps leads from just sitting there and getting lost.
It’s not perfect, and I still have to tweak a few things manually here and there, but it definitely takes a lot of the repetitive work off my plate. For me, that makes a big difference, so I’d give it 5 stars.
"I tried using nimble mostly to manage contacts..."
I tried using nimble mostly to manage contacts, but getting my data in and out ended up being a huge headache. The CSV import kept mapping fields in weird ways, and when I exported, the files still needed a bunch of manual cleanup before I could actually use them. What made it worse was dealing with support, I felt like they were putting the blame on me for not setting things up perfectly instead of acknowledging how clunky the process was. For something as basic as moving contact data around, it just felt like way too much work.

"Freezes at the worst possible time"
This thing is frustrating to use. It’s slow, glitches a lot, and seems to crash right when I actually need it to work, because of course it does. I kept hoping it would get better, but nope, same issues over and over

"My sales pipeline turned into a mini disaster"
I tried using Nimble to manage our sales pipeline, and wow, it felt like walking into a room where someone had shuffled all the paperwork and then turned off the lights. I expected deals to move cleanly from stage to stage, but instead the whole layout felt scattered and harder to follow than it should’ve been.
The biggest issue was that I kept losing track of follow-ups and where deals actually stood, which was basically the entire reason I needed it in the first place. Maybe it clicks for other teams, but for me it added more confusion than clarity and ended up slowing everything down.

"Nimble seems like it could be really useful..."
Nimble seems like it could be really useful, but the onboarding felt rushed. It’s like these kinds of tools always assume you already know where everything is and what you’re supposed to do. The training didn’t really cover enough, so I ended up having to figure out a bunch of stuff on my own. Support was fine, I guess, but not super helpful when you’re brand new and just trying to get started

"I mainly use Nimble because it connects with..."
I mainly use Nimble because it connects with a few tools we already rely on, and when it works, it’s useful. The email and contact integrations have been fine for the most part, but some of the other ones feel clunky and take more setup than I expected. Syncing also isn’t always immediate, which gets annoying when you’re trying to keep everything up to date. I reached out about it once and got transferred around, which made the whole thing more frustrating. Overall, it’s decent, but I really wish the third-party integrations were smoother and more reliable

"Reporting just doesn’t do enough"
I really wanted nimble to be the tool I used for keeping track of my sales, but the reporting ended up being way too limited for me. The charts are basic, the filters feel clunky, and half the time I was looking at the dashboard like, “make it make sense,” because I still couldn’t get the insights I actually needed.
Exporting data wasn’t much better either, and I kept having to dump everything into spreadsheets just to do the kind of analysis I expected the CRM to handle. Support was nice and professional, but being polite doesn’t really solve the issue when the analytics just aren’t there...

"Wish the support had been quicker"
Support was okay in the end, but I kind of regret not following up sooner. They did reply eventually, but I had to chase them twice before getting a proper response.

"Does the job, but it wastes my energy"
It works okay for the most part, and it’s not hard to use, but it feels a little clunky. I keep having to mess around with it more than I should, which just wastes my energy when I’m trying to get something done quickly.

"Pretty good email tracking with a few small issues"
I’ve been using it for email tracking and it works well most of the time. It helps me know when to follow up so I’m not just guessing. The only thing is sometimes the updates feel a little slow and I have to wait longer than I’d like
"It did find a few social profiles, which..."
It did find a few social profiles, which was helpful, but it also missed some obvious ones I expected it to catch. So it works, just... not as consistently as I was hoping
